FAQ

I start by understanding people: what they need, how they behave, and where their experiences fall short.

I use those insights to help teams make better product decisions, improve user experiences, and communicate value more clearly.

Whether I'm researching a customer journey, shaping a product experience or developing positioning, the goal is the same: solve the right problem and make the solution meaningful to the people using it.

The ambiguous ones.

When users struggle with something a business thinks should work, when a promising product isn't gaining traction, or when teams disagree on what customers actually need.

I enjoy making sense of messy information, identifying the underlying problem and turning research into clear decisions that teams can act on.

I start by questioning assumptions.

I use research, customer feedback and testing to understand what's happening before jumping into solutions.

Then I work with stakeholders to prioritise what matters, explore potential improvements and validate decisions wherever possible.

I don't believe every failure can be prevented. But good research helps teams recognise risks and learn before they become expensive mistakes.

Well, crabs don't always move in straight lines. And neither does good problem-solving. Sometimes the best way forward is to approach things from a different angle. Question the obvious. Explore unexpected paths. Find opportunities where others might not think to look.

That's how I like to work. Curious, adaptable, and always willing to try another way.
